Shattered Glass was thought-provoking, it shows how news can be manipulated right under the radar. Although, Glass wasn't writing breaking news stories he partially or completely fabricated information that made it through fact checking countless times. Not noly was the disception impressive and fascinating, Glass' imagination was incredible. These elaborate stories were always entertaining, yet realistic. Amazingly he knew his audience well enough that he was positive he would not be caught. Overall, the movie was well written, perfectly casted, and was interesting, to say the least.
Mr. Krebs' class in review... This class was enjoyable for me. Most of the information given was a repeat of a past english I took in this same room. That only made class easier, not boring. Lab classes are automatically more stimulating, maybe it's the computer screen? The thing I like most about them is since we use a computer and the internet, we are using more recent information. I like how this class is much more relevant than other courses I have taken. Learning how to write news stories and take interviews will be much more applicable in future ventures. Thanks Krebs!
